Hello! My name is Whitney Diaz, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Winter Park Massage and Movement. My mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space for those who have experienced trauma and are also experiencing physical and emotional pain. As someone who has survived childhood trauma, I understand how important it is to find a Massage Therapist who provides effective pain relief while holding space for personal boundaries in the treatment room. Whether you have stubborn pain you can’t seem to shake, have too much mind chatter, are recovering from an injury, or simply need to reconnect with your body, I am here to support you on your road to healing.

My journey with Massage Therapy began in 2013 when I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in Maitland, FL (now Cortiva Institute). For the past 9 years, I have focused my continued education toward modalities and techniques relating to pain relief (it’s my 𝗝𝗔𝗠!). I recently graduated with my AA from Seminole State College and plan on transferring to UCF for a 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (the study of movement in the body) in 2023. I am forever expanding my knowledge and skill set, and am excited to bring new movement-based techniques to my practice.

In 2021 I decided that it was time to open up my very own massage practice, so here I am! Kicking ass and taking names (ha!). But really, I am just so blessed to be able to do what I love: help people live their best lives, pain free. If you ever have any questions, please never hesitate to ask. I love what I do and love sharing my knowledge with others.

Outside of massage, I stay active with long-distance roller skating and kayaking at Wekiva Springs. I also love to create things, so I always have a craft project I’m working on. I am the proud wife of a wonderful husband and a mommy to a beautiful baby girl!
