CANCELLATIONS
NO-SHOWS
ARRIVING LATE

FEE SCHEDULE

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

Cancellation fees only apply to those who have failed to cancel or reschedule their appointment before the 24-hour deadline.

  • Current fee: 50% of canceled session

NO-CALL / NO-SHOW

A No-Call / No-Show is when you fail to show up to your appointment (by accident or on purpose) without calling to let me know. This is extremely discourteous to me and other clients who would have happily taken your appointment time with enough notice.

  • Current Fee: Full price of missed session

    • Client must pay for any future sessions at the time of booking

Please understand that my time is just as valuable as yours. When you make an appointment with me, I set aside time specifically for you. Communication is very important when it comes to rescheduling, cancelling, and arriving late to your appointment. Please read and become familiar with my policy regarding these situations:

  • All appointments must be rescheduled / cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance unless you are sick or there is an emergency.

  • Clients who reschedule / cancel their appointment after the 24 hour deadline will be charged a cancellation fee. Please see the fee schedule for current fees.

  • Any client who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a No-Show and charged a No-Show Fee. Please see fee schedule for current fees.

  • Any Repeat No-Show offenders will be required to pay for their session in full at the time of booking. If you prepay and decide to No-Show, your prepayment will be applied to your No-Show Fee.

  • Clients arriving late have a 10 minute grace period. If I cannot reach the client within that 10 minutes the client will be considered a No-Show, their appointment cancelled, and the appropriate No-Show fee applied to their account.

  • Any fees accrued by the client must be paid in full before they are able to book their next appointment. If the client booked with a Gift Certificate, the fees may be deducted from that certificate.

  • Late arrivals may have their sessions shortened to the time remaining in their original reserved appointment time. This solely depends on the availability of my daily schedule and how late the client arrives.

  • This policy is strictly enforced with very few exceptions.

ILLNESS

I cannot risk illness for other clients or myself. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms within 14 days of your appointment, please reschedule promptly:

  • Fever / chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle / body aches (not the kind you see me for!)

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion / runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

I want to be very clear that I legally have the right to refuse service to any individual if I deem it necessary. If you make me uncomfortable in any way, shape, or form I will refuse to treat you.

That being said, I will never refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, political status, or military status. All are welcome on my table.

MINORS

I will treat minors with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • For children 13 and under a parent / guardian must be present in the room at the time of and for the duration of their child's treatment.

  • Children 14 and over, the parent must remain in the waiting area during treatment if they do not wish to be in the room with their child. I highly encourage all parents to sit in on their child’s treatment.
