New Client Initial Visit

Choose this appointment if you have never come to my office before. In this session, we will discuss your concerns in detail and take our time to figure out what’s going on and what approach might work best for your situation.

Each New Client must fill out an intake form when scheduling their first appointment. It only takes a few minutes and eliminates paperwork when you arrive. It also allows me to start coming up with a plan of action for you as soon as possible.

Your Initial Visit will include a 15-minute consultation (separate from your treatment time) in which we can discuss your concerns further if necessary.

  • Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy

    Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy goes beyond the basic cupping therapy you may have received before. Utilizing dynamic movement of the cups in combination with stationary placement, engagement of the muscles, and stretching, we are able to create profound changes in muscle tissue.

  • Neural Reset Therapy

    Neural Reset Therapy is an active neuromuscular therapy. This technique is designed to reset the nervous system to release a muscle from excessive tension. With each reset, knots and tension melt away, and joint mobility is improved. This technique can be done completely clothed, or in combination with other techniques.

  • Reiki

    Reiki is an ancient healing method that manipulates energy flow in the body. It promotes emotional healing, relaxation, feelings of love and well-being, and reduces feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. Reiki is administered by a gentle laying of the hands on or hovering just above non invasive parts of the body. This technique can be done completely clothed, or in combination with other techniques.

  • Thai Massage & Stretching

    Thai Massage is a movement based therapy that is typically done on a mat on the floor rather than a massage table. It involves gentle to moderate pressure applied to muscles, stretching, and passive mobility work (you can relax and let me do the work for this one) with the intention of increasing flexibility and mobility of tissues and joints. This technique is always done completely clothed with the exception of shoes.

  • Manual Lymph Drainage

    Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique designed to stimulate and optimize the function of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in maintaining fluid balance, immune function, and waste removal within the body. MLD involves gentle, rhythmic movements, with the aim of promoting the flow of lymphatic fluid, reducing swelling (edema), and enhancing overall well-being. This modality is perfect forthose recovering from a recent injury or surgery.
